Marcus "Flash" Rawls and the "Mighty Flashes walk the dog, as Florence gets win number 5. The "Flash" got things started scoring Florence's first two touchdowns on one yard runs in the first half and sealed the deal by taking the second half kickoff 85 yards for his third score of the game.

It may not have been pretty, and it certainly was not the best game they have played this season but it was a win. The Flashes missed three PAT's and a field goal as the kicking game continued to falter a bit. Perhaps they were looking past Bordentown to next weeks game against Township. The Flashes are in sixth place in power points with 19. Following close behind are New Egypt (17) ,Keyport and Metuchen (15) each and Robbinsville (13). The top eight make the playoffs so the Mighty Flashes may need to win their next two games to make the playoffs.
